Join beloved Iyengar teacher, Sheryl, for a transformative three-part Iyengar workshop series designed to deepen your understanding of the body, mind, and breath. Each session is two hours long and thoughtfully structured to explore a variety of asanas, including standing, seated, twisting, inverted, supine, and prone poses. Alternate variations will be provided to ensure accessibility for all bodies and abilities. You can join one or two or all three! In Workshop 2: Aligning the Mind and Body, you will delve into the precision of Iyengar alignment. Standing, seated, twisting, supine, and prone poses will help you discover the subtle connections between alignment, breath, and mindful awareness. Alternate poses will be provided as needed.
