This immersive, in-person training with Jessica Sandhu is designed for aspiring instructors or dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the Pilates method. Through a combination of lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice, you'll study the principles and classical repertoire of Mat Pilates while gaining the skills to confidently teach individuals and group classes.
