A creative evening designed to awaken your senses, connect your body and mind, and inspire your inner artist.
Join yoga instructor and sound healer Alissa Wilmina Diaz and artist Alissa Morabito for a one-of-a-kind Saturday night that blends movement, mindfulness, art, and wine.
Begin the evening with a welcome pour of Latin sparkling wine and light bites. Then, the group will divide into two sessions—one room for a beginner-friendly yoga flow guided by Alissa Wilmina, and the other for a mindful sketch session led by Alissa Morabito, known for her elegant single-line drawings that flow with the rhythm of breath and motion. Midway through, you’ll switch spaces to experience both.
Afterward, unwind with a relaxed wine tasting featuring a curated selection of Latin wines paired with cheeses, fruits, and breads

Nourish, Ground, & Heal: A New Year’s Offering

“There are years that ask questions and years that answer.”― Zora Neale Hurston End 2025 and start 2026 with intention, renewal, and deep self-care in community with Jess Sandhu. This offering blends yoga, somatic movement, and mindful healing practices to release the past year and set a nurturing foundation for the year ahead. Nourishing, grounding and healing you from the inside to out. There will be extra twisting, back-bending and forward folds with a yoga nidra rest included. All levels are welcome Offering Guided intention-setting Yoga flow to awaken and ground the body Somatic movement exercises to release tension and cultivate awareness Breathwork and mindful relaxation for deep healing Journaling prompts for self-reflection and growth Closing circle and optional sharing What to Bring: Something for the altar - a reminder, a keepsake, a pic of you or a loved one or anything you want to offer for the altar (you will take it with you when you leave) Comfortable clothing to move in and to rest Journal (paper and pen will be provided) Socks We have mats, props, tea and water. Start your year with compassion, presence, and embodied healing within your community.

Reflect, Refocus, and Repurpose: A New Year's Eve Celebration

Ring in 2026 with this 90-minute 10:30pm-to-midnight experience that will begin with personal journal-writing and flow into an all-levels vinyasa class ushering us into the new year with intention, wisdom, community support, and celebration. Through contemplative practice, we will pay homage to the lessons of our past while moving into a purposeful new year. All levels are welcome. Paper and pens will be provided. Please feel free to bring a personal notebook and water.
