Lūneh Yoga LLC Waiver of Liability

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a participant in activities offered by Lūneh Yoga LLC, including but not limited to yoga classes, pilates classes, meditation classes, reiki sessions, life and professional coaching, soundbaths, breathwork sessions, and the purchase and use of wellness retail products (“Lūneh Activities”):

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in Lūneh Activities and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, emotional release, and the possible risk of injury or illness. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

2. Physical and Mental Health

I acknowledge that I am responsible for assessing my own physical and mental health and determining whether participation in Lūneh Activities is appropriate for me. I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in such activities and that I have consulted with a healthcare professional if I have any concerns.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lūneh Yoga LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in Lūneh Activities.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lūneh Yoga LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including attorney fees, that they may incur arising out of or related to my participation in Lūneh Yoga LLC activities.

Photo and Video Release

5. I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media recordings taken during Lūneh Activities for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation to me.

6. Understanding and Voluntary Agreement

I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this waiver of liability. I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions, intending to be legally bound thereby, and I acknowledge that I am signing this document freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature.

Additional Participation Agreement and Liability Release & Waiver for Puppies & Poses Classes

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand that participation in yoga and puppy interaction classes (“Activity” or “Activities”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping or tripping injuries, interaction with animals (scratches, bites, unpredictable behavior), allergic reactions, and incidental contact from third parties.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and the participation of any Minor(s) I register.

2. Minimum Age & Supervision Requirements

Participants must be at least 12 years old to attend.

For participants who are of ages 12–15, a Parent/Legal Guardian must book this class and sign this form and an adult over the age of 18 must be present in class at all times to supervise the children.

For participants who are of ages 16–17, a Parent/Legal Guardian must book this class and sign this form and remain close by (on premises) during the Activity.

I certify that I have read and agree to these age and supervision rules and will ensure compliance.

3. Release & Waiver of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Activities, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby:

Release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Lūneh Yoga, its owners, officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from my participation or the participation of any Minor(s) under my responsibility, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise; and

Agree not to sue and to waive any right to recovery for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during or related to the Activities.

4. Medical & Physical Condition

I affirm that I, and any Minor(s) I register, are physically fit and capable of participating. I understand the Activities may require physical exertion and that I may choose not to participate in any aspect that I am uncomfortable with.

5. Compliance with Instructions

I agree that I and any Minor(s) I register will follow all staff directions and safety guidance, respect puppy rest periods and handling rules, and follow sanitation and etiquette procedures during and after class. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Activity without refund.

6. Photo & Media Release

I grant permission to Lūneh Yoga and its representatives to take and use photos and videos of me and/or Minor(s) for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished media.

7. Miscellaneous

This waiver survives the conclusion of any Activity. If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. I have voluntarily signed this Agreement and understand that I am giving up legal rights by doing so.
