YOGA , BREATHWORK
A local resident and instructor, for the past 11 years, I have devoted my time and energy to studying and walking the path of yoga. While I started under the ashtanga yoga framework, I have branched out to other more energetic practices like Reiki and holotropic breathwork. When I completed my yoga teacher training in 2016, I was exposed to a variety of practices such as Vinyasa, Yin, Iyenger, and Dharma from which I pull inspiration for my teaching. I believe yoga is a practice that's meant to bring us closer to the true essence of who we are.

MAT PILATES, KUNDALINI, YOGA
I started practicing yoga over 15 years ago, but it wasn’t until I discovered Kundalini Yoga that it truly became my passion. Since then, I’ve trained in both Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, and become A comprehensive Pilates instructor. I have found that Pilates provides an excellent physical foundation for the more spiritual practice of yoga. My classical mat Pilates classes focus on precision, alignment, and the mind-body connection. In my yoga classes, I blend asana, pranayama, meditation, kriya and mantra to create a holistic and transformative experience.

YOGA
I completed 500 hours of vinyasa training in India, where I deepened my connection to the roots of the practice. For me, yoga is about moving in a way that feels honest and good. My classes are strong, creative, and influenced by traditional vinyasa—expect thoughtful sequencing, a bit of sweat, and space to explore your own rhythm.

Sculpt
Like many young adults, I found it difficult to find a community when I moved to DC after college over a decade ago. I began practicing sculpt, and then 6 years ago I started teaching. I found purpose in building community through movement. I love teaching because I love helping people to feel their strongest, finding their inner power and often surprising themselves along the way.

BREATHWORK
I’m a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, sound healer, and certified health coach passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies and inner truth. Living with an autoimmune condition led me to breathwork - not just as a healing practice, but as a lifeline. It has taught me how to release what no longer serves, regulate my nervous system, and return to a place of clarity and peace. My sessions blend emotional release, nervous system support, and sound healing. I offer one-on-one sessions, couples work, and group experiences in both private and community settings, including retreats, events, and wellness spaces.
