Windows Catering is our exclusive catering partner, providing a seamless and bespoke event experience. All food and beverage services must be arranged through Windows Catering only. Outside catering is not permitted.

The studio features built-in Sonos speakers throughout the space, allowing you to easily connect your device and play music from Spotify or your preferred streaming platform. You’re also welcome to bring your own DJ to customize the atmosphere of your event.

• Smoking is not allowed in the space.

• The time reserved for your event must include all setup and breakdown activities. Access to the space will begin at the start of your reserved rental period and must conclude by the end of that period. Renters should plan accordingly to allow sufficient time for setup, guest arrival, event activities, and cleanup/breakdown within the hours reserved. Additional time beyond the reserved rental period may incur additional charges, subject to availability.

• Smoke machines are not allowed.

• We provide wellness equipment such as yoga props.

• The space includes limited benches and chairs for seating. for additional seating please coordinate with Window catering.

• The venue includes two outdoor patios that may be used as part of your event setup.

• Metered street parking is available out front and in the neighborhood. The building is located within walking distance of other garages and lots.
