Join beloved Iyengar teacher, Sheryl, for a transformative three-part Iyengar workshop series designed to deepen your understanding of the body, mind, and breath. Each session is two hours long and thoughtfully structured to explore a variety of asanas, including standing, seated, twisting, inverted, supine, and prone poses. Alternate variations will be provided to ensure accessibility for all bodies and abilities. You can join one or two or all three! In Workshop 1: Creating Space in the Body, you will explore the intention and key muscle groups behind each pose. Standing, seated, and inverted postures—including supine and prone asanas—will guide you guided in opening and creating space in your body. Modifications are offered to support any physical limitations.
