Studio Policies

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. With sufficient notice, we may be able to transfer your reservation to another session, subject to availability and capacity. Transfers are not guaranteed.

If we must cancel a session due to puppy welfare considerations, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a transfer or credit.

No-shows are treated as if the reservation was used. No refunds or credits will be issued.

For the safety and wellbeing of both guests and puppies, late entry is not permitted. Important safety and interaction guidelines are provided at the beginning of each session. If you arrive after class has started, your booking will be treated as a no-show.

To ensure a safe environment for both puppies and participants:

• Ages 12–15: must attend with a participating guardian or responsible adult (18+);

• Ages 16–17: may participate independently, but must have a guardian or responsible adult (18+) nearby and available in case of emergency; and

• 18+: may attend independently.

We reserve the right to verify age upon arrival.

Our puppies are our partners and their wellbeing is of utmost importance. Puppies are free-roaming. Interactions are guided by trained staff and may vary session-to-session based on the puppies’ needs.

The health, wellbeing, and safety of the puppies and our participants are our highest priority. As such, puppy interactions are always guided by safety considerations, and direct interaction cannot be guaranteed. At times, puppies may be resting, engaged elsewhere, or given space as needed.

Guests are expected to:

• Follow all staff instructions immediately;

• Handle puppies gently and respectfully;

• Never pick up or hold a puppy while standing;

• Never feed puppies outside food or treats

• Respect rest areas, gates, and boundaries.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not follow safety guidelines or whose behavior compromises puppy welfare or guest safety. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a safe, respectful environment for both humans and puppies.

Puppy yoga involves close proximity to animals. Please book mindfully if you have allergies, sensitivities, or concerns around dogs.

While our puppies are carefully selected and supervised, interacting with animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to scratches, nips, falls, or unexpected behavior. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

To maintain a calm environment for all classes in session, we kindly ask guests to follow lobby guidelines, including: 

• Arriving quietly and following staff guidance;

• Silencing phones during session;

• Storing personal belongings and removing shoes in designated areas; and

• Wearing comfortable movement-friendly clothing.

Guests who appear intoxicated or under the influence may be denied entry for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided.
